Added feature to process data-unit tiles

Cecilia Nievas requested to merge feature/process_data_unit_tile into master

This feature processes all data-unit tiles associated with a data unit (and, by definition, an occupancy case and aggregated source ID). The processing includes the retrieval of their completeness status as well as the calculation of the remainder buildings (the difference between the aggregated buildings and OBM buildings as a function of completeness).
