Switch GH to GL

Gitlab requested to merge switch-GH-to-GL into gh-pages

As discussed in todays final meeting: We'll use GitLab.com for the demo, because that saves us from giving all participants accounts for gitext.gfz-potsdam.de.

I hope I switched all mentions & updated all screenshots, but I haven't rendered this locally.
