Export to lis file some remaining points
Hi Daniel[a],
The export function works quite well. I like it. Nevertheless I have some issue, where I distinguish add one = "nice to have" and inconsistency = "issues which would help the export into other programs".
-
[inconsistency] The name of the array must not contain spaces. So can you replace the spaces by underscores in all exported .lis files ?
-
[add on] In addition ot export of sel, there should exit a lis file, where the content of all lis files of the current state is condensed. This should be possible, as the naem of the arrays differ. Can the SLIcodes be written out ordered, this would help to combine different arrays.
-
[add on] It would be great if also the color difintion of the categories would be written out. This can be a further array in the respective .lis files:
#ccccccc [sample_categories] category - color - ft - image - sql_relation - sql_where_clause rising 255,0,0 false filter/image/null qsr2 "tendency = 'positive'" falling 51,0,255 false filter/image/null qsr2 "tendency = 'negative'"
Most easy would be to provide an export function in the view "sample categories" and to call this when exporting the curve, histogram or map. By the way, the meaning of ft
I don't understand. But this is not as important. This parser can e generated from the content of "filter/*".
-
[inconsistency] In the
#
-clause the letters define the numeric type of the attributes: c='string'; d='double'; i='integer'- In [slis_for_map] it should read
#sdds
. Here can you rename the array to slis_from_map? - In [slis_from_histogram] it should read
#sdds
the lasts
defining tab_name:curve. - In [slis_from_SLC] it should read
#sdddds
, and if Model fits are added the respective fits and heights should be added as furtherdd
clauses.
- In [slis_for_map] it should read
-
[inconsistrency] In [slis_for_map] the category is missing. May be this is tricky to add. But from combining curve and map this information can also be extracted afterwards.
-
[add on] Order of listed SLIs. Is their a specific order of the SLIcodes otherwise it would be great e.g. to order the entries in a uniqe way. This would simplify the combination of different arrays.
-
[inconsistency]] In Sea level curve, if an averaged fit is displayed, those values should be written to the lis file. At the moment, also then, the fit for each SLI is listed.
Best regards, Volker
