Added individual SES outputs under influence of store_intermediate

store_intermediate was not influencing whether the damage results per building ID for each realisation of seismicity of an OELF calculation were being stored or not. This MR makes this output dependent on store_intermediate (defined by the user in config.yml).

The README was updated with a summary of the outputs that are stored or not depending on store_intermediate.
