Changed figure style and added comments to code

Changed the figure in several ways:

  • Replaced the line graph for the total number of buildings by a stack plot showing the developments of ways and relations
  • Changed colors to be less bright
  • Shifted the rolling average to display the average value at the center of the range of values used to calculate the average

Comments added and coding improved.
