Added Docker container for the-engine.

Felix Delattre requested to merge feature/initial-docker-container into master

This should build the-engine and an instance can mount a __main__.py and more files to the /src/the-engine-instance in order to run it. It is untested, but at least the container builds. There might be a follow-up MR, after this went in when actually testing it with the new demo.
