Added main.py to run losscalculator both as package and program with help of @LaurensJN
Also added a line to the README.md to have an example on how to run the losscalculator using main.py as a python program.
Now, we can configure the pycharm and run the main.py instead of the damage_calculator.py without removing the dots when importing the losscalulator related packages.
