The loss-calculator project is now restructured with changes as below: The files "Makefile" & ".gitlab-ci.yml" are added. Sub-directories "tests" & "loss-calculator" are added. The 'loss-calculator' includes all the python scripts. The new structure needs to be checked to have the CI correctly running. @ds @marius @fd
