Improved the command line options

Tara Evaz Zadeh requested to merge feature/renaming-command-line-options into master

Changed the command line option names. Also the --results default value changed from damage_result.gpkg to damage_result.csv since the geopackage format is not yet implemenetd in the code. The issue is linked to the issue #6 (closed)
