Included formatting for setup.py

Git is only fun if there is a real collaboration. In this spirit, I'm filing here an MR for you @tara.

  • It adds setup.py to the formatting checks and ran black on it
  • Changes the name of the project in the setup.py to all-lowercase
  • Moved the long description to the readme file and left a short description in the setup.py
