Fix calls of the function `create_damage_view`

Since the damage views are modified in the https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/globaldynamicexposure/exposure-lib/-/merge_requests/73 , wherever the function create_damage_view is called, needs to be modified to make sure all the new inputs are given correctly. Such as in api.py.
