Consider the fragility function number of columns automatically

The fragility functions used as of now have 101 columns. This is implemented through the codes with the variable cls being defined as cls = range(1, 101). This should change so that the damage calculator program is flexible and can automatically fit any fragility function, not only the ones with 101 columns.
