Decide on writing the reference exposure model to reference tables or not

In the function import_from_postgis, either the copy_reference is set to True or False, the exposure model will be written into the Entity and Asset, but it can be written into EntityReference and AssetReference tables. This was done only to avoid changing the losscalculator at that moment. This issue needs to be solved after a decision on this matter.
