Fixed total mismatch, updated, dropped and calculated building numbers for eq...

As for the dataset of basement-presence we did the following funcitons, we do this now for earthquake resistance code presence dataset:

  • Fix total mismatch
  • Drop earthquake resistance code presence dataset total values
  • Update total in BuildingNumber table for earthquake resistance code presence dataset.
  • Calculated the new number_building for earthquake resistance code presence for combination of basement-presence and construction-material.
