Epic: Prepare exposure-finalizer for the 24.07 release

To prepare exposure-finalizer for the 24.07 release, the following issues need to be addressed:

For SpatiaLite databases the import of buildings with the new building attribute height needs to be adjusted in the retrieve_buildings() function (#46 (closed)).
The filtering of assets needs to handle the new building attribute height (#47 (closed)).
Adjust the check_stories() function to handle the new building attribute height (#47 (closed)).
Adjust the taxonomy strings of the possible assets according to the knowledge about the height of the building (#49 (closed)).
Adjust the filtering of assets to account for more detailed occupancy types present in some GEM aggregated exposure models, e.g. COM1 or IND4 (#50 (closed)).
Make the calibration of structural value and population optional (#53 (closed)).
Handling of non-valid height tags during the filtering of assets (#55).
