[Hotfix] SpatiaLite and PostGIS methods result in different values

Running SpatiaLite and PostGIS runs result in different structural and population values. We found out that this is due to the import of the building data at start of the SpatiaLite process, where the floorspace attribute of the buildings is not copied from the server to the local database. Therefore, the process is run with different input values, resulting in different output values.
