Small fixes

I came along some small issues that I fixed here:

  • adding pytest-runner to environment file to solve missing requirement notification
  • improve wording for output message, if no data is found at AWS (no pixel percentage should be increased instead of handling data coverage - match API v1 notation)
  • improve output block formatting
