UserWarning: SSIM input array shapes are not equal!
There is a UserWarning still popping up in some cases:
warnings.warn('SSIM input array shapes could not be equalized. SSIM calculation failed. '/misc/rs1/mbochow/python/mambaforge/envs/dumpsites_changeDetect/lib/python3.11/site-packages/arosics/CoReg.py:1450: UserWarning: SSIM input array shapes are not equal! This issue seemed to be already fixed..
Call:
kwargs = {
'grid_res' : 3,
'window_size' : (154, 155),
'path_out' : os.path.join(i.replace(folderName, outputName),img_name) + "_CRL.tif",
'fmt_out' : 'GTIFF',
'max_iter' : 10,
'max_shift' : 100,
'min_reliability': 20,
'align_grids' : True,
'match_gsd' : True,
'q' : False
}
CRL = COREG_LOCAL(
GeoArray(ref_ndarray, ref_gt, ref_prj),
GeoArray(tgt_ndarray, tgt_gt, tgt_prj),
**kwargs
)
CRL.calculate_spatial_shifts()
CRL.correct_shifts()
The warning pops up every time COREG()
is called, so there is a long warning list in case of using COREG_LOCAL()
