Conda installs an outdated version of arosics causing a ModuleNotFoundError.
Hello all.
Env:
MacOS X 10.15.7
Miniconda: conda 4.10.1
Working through the setup examples on the website;
conda create -c conda-forge --name arosics python=3
conda activate arosics
conda install -c conda-forge arosics
I can see from the list that it installs GDAL
gdal conda-forge/osx-64::gdal-3.2.2-py39h0530131_2
Then, entering python3
python3
Python 3.9.2 | packaged by conda-forge | (default, Feb 21 2021, 05:02:20)
[Clang 11.0.1 ] on darwin
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
and then:
from arosics import COREG
Gives error:
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/Users/ramotswa/opt/miniconda3/envs/arosics/lib/python3.9/site-packages/arosics/__init__.py", line 29, in <module>

import ogr
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ogr'
I am trying to get a global correction to work with the attached two files.
Previously I had installed Arosics via PIP - and I had gotten further, but I thought I'd try the suggested way (via conda) - but then have the issues above.
Any help much appreciated.
