Implemented some modifications in atmospheric_correction.py to make it compatible with the sicor dev branch.

I created a new draft merge request to implement some modifications of the EnPT AC processor to enable the compatibility with the SICOR dev branch. One thing we'll still have to discuss is how to deal with the various new parameters in the SICOR options file, e.g., if we should set them via the EnPT config file in the same way as we do for the default AOT or the number of CPU's.

@danschef I'm not sure if the pipeline for this merge request necessarily has to succeed as we're just planning to merge into enhancement/adapt_sicor_dev and not into master. But you can better assess if that's required or not.
