Feature/separate ac land water
Image masks are now correctly read and the EnMAP object now features a 'mask_landwater' attribute in SWIR sensor geometry that can be used to apply separate atmospheric correction algorithms over land and water.
A lot of other changes in preparation for separate ACs over land and water (see HISTORY.rst file).
Fixes issue #49 (closed).
