Feature/add sensorgeo transformation

Added the 'VNIR_SWIR_SensorGeometryTransformer' class for transforming arrays between VNIR and SWIR sensor geometry.

This should help to transform the AC retrieval parameter arrays from SWIR to VNIR sensor geometry and therefore improve the accuracy of AC results.

Fixes issue #12 (closed).
