[Bug] - Fix the error of the unmatched geometry type

In issue#80, the ST_MakeValid() is used to repair the invalid raw geometry, another error raised due to the repaired object has GeometryType as GeometryCollection, which doesn't match to the column type of geometry as Multipoygon. The inserting error is occurred again.

The errors in #80 (closed) and this issue are both in Ukraine, and so far, the debugging code runs successfully, the UKR entity-initializer is done.
