From source_name to get source_id rule

In the entity-initializer v25.01, the source_name as the only one input for the rules and rule_handler, source_id is the id that generates automatically for each found source names. The outputs in entities table save the source_id. Thus a rule for mapping the source names from user to the stored source IDs is needed.
