Select POIs and landuse for all the sources

Besides OSM tags of OSM buildings, the OSM POIs and land use datasets also indicates some building information, such as occupancy. Thus, the new rules are created for check the intersection relation between the OSM POIs/landuse and the input building geometry, select the related information for building attributes processing.
