Translate `storeys` to the `height` tag from the GEM Taxonomy

As described in the issue https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/globaldynamicexposure/collaboration/-/issues/606, we want to provide instead of number of stories in the building table, the height tag as defined in the GEM Taxonomy. A new height column will be added of type string, while the storeys attribute will be removed.
