Resolve "Adapt the losscalculator to the change of the taxonomy string"

In this MR the taxonomy strings that now contain the occupancy are reduced by removing the occupancy so that the fragility-function discovery works. This MR also fixes the preprocessed output of the example_tile example so that it operates with the new taxonomy strings.
