Adapt the losscalculator to the change of the taxonomy string
In the exposure-lib, the taxonomy string in the Taxonomy table now contains the occupancy type (see issue https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/globaldynamicexposure/exposure-lib/-/issues/37 and MR https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/globaldynamicexposure/exposure-lib/-/merge_requests/40). For the fragility models to be able to discover the correct fragility function, the taxonomy strings needs to be reduced by removing the occupancy again.
