Add ground-motion values to the damage database

As of now the ground motion value and its type (type depends on the relevant fragility function. For example if the fragility function that is related to the taxonomy of the specific asset is defined based on PGA, then the PGA value will be interpolated and used for that asset) for each asset is computed (interpolated from a given ground-motion field) but not stored anywhere in the database.

We need to add this to the output.
