Problem to determine the number of stories in multi-level height attributes
In Timor Leste (ISO code TLS), some buildings carry the height tag H:1+HFAPP:1. Currently, the library considers everything after the first : to describe the number of stories. A solution is to first split the tag by the + sign and only use the tag with the explicit height information, i.e. H, ~HBET, HEX`.
