[Hotfix] Add the taxonomy tag for initial runs of Ukraine, New Caledonia and Nepal

For Ukraine, the tag RME for roofs needs to be added. For New Caledonia, the tags RMT2 and RMT6 for roofs need to be added. For Nepal, the tags FWCN and FWCP for floors need to be added.
