Change formatting of numbers printed to screen/logs

Several scripts (e.g. SERA_testing_rebuilding_exposure_from_cells...) print out total numbers of buildings, people, costs. It would be useful that these numbers use comma to separate thousands: it would make it easier/faster to read (especially the costs).
