Add loss and damage comparison views

Add an element to enable the user to have a full investigation view to compare level or structural risk, fatality & damage levels at the same time for an entity.
For example, if a building is experiencing 10% fatality, it would be interesting to know which damage state has the highest probability of occurrence.
