[25.01] Implement function to insert taxonomy feature from a dictionary

We only insert taxonomy using the Taxonomy object up to now. We should also implement the insertion of a taxonomy based on the dictionary to be able to insert a Tabula taxonomy, as discussed in #217 (closed).
