[Epic] Changes to database-lib for the 25.01 release
The following changes should be made to database-lib:

Create an empty branch v25.01. -
JSON parsing in both SpatiaLite and PostGIS, so queries can be built up in the same way. -
Implement the handling of schema/table names (#26 (closed)).
To start creating the 25.01 model:
