Ability to import exposure data using boundary specific import option

I have downloaded the Turkiye exposure file using a bounding box.

1. It includes parts of Syria that I do not need.
2. I need to sum some elements in each district (I need to do a geometrical operation).
3. The data is huge (21 GB). So I prefer to download data at first either limited to specific districts or to have the Syria cut off.
