- IS - Improved standard (normal refurbishment) is UR (Usual Refurbishment)
- AS - Advanced standard (advanced refurbishment) is AR (Advanced Refurbishment)
The database also includes the same three suffixes for the U-value, and also has one more attribute which is `actual` followed by a building envelope name such as `floor` or window. This value is the surface area, which is often relevant calculations using the U-value. Everything else should be the same. Again, if you have any doubts, let me know.
