Epic: Prepare exposure-initializer for the 24.07 release

To prepare exposure-initializer for the 24.07 release, the following issue needs to be addressed:

• The extended occupancy information (e.g. COM2 instead of only COM) needs to be used during the exposure import (#45 (closed)).

To start creating the 24.07 model:

• Create beta version (v2.4.0-beta.1, #46 (closed))
