Draft: Resolve "Epic: Prepare exposure-finalizer for the 24.07 release"

Merging:

• Change the retrieve_buildings() function to work with the new building attribute height (!47 (merged)).
• The filtering of assets need to handle the new building attribute height (!48 (merged)).
• Adjust the check_stories() function to handle the new building attribute height (!48 (merged)).
• Finalizer should adjust the taxonomy strings of the possible assets according to the knowledge about the height of the building (!50 (merged)).
• Adjust the filtering of assets to account for more detailed occupancy types present in some GEM aggregated exposure models, e.g. COM1 or IND4 (!53 (merged)).
• Make the calibration of structural value and population optional (!54 (merged))
• Handling of non-valid height tags during the filtering of assets (!56 (merged)).
