Rabotnik always needs a building_id to run

RabotnikAssembly always runs with a building_id, while not all Rabotnik instances use these. Rabotnik-tiles uses quadkeys. This should be fixed. See: https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/rabotnik/rabotnik/-/blob/master/rabotnik/assembly.py#L35:

    def run(self, building_id: int) -> None:

Instead of building_id I propose the use of entity_id. Thoughts?
