Resolve "Update README.md and manual.md"

The inputs to the loss-calculator has changed. For example, the input options below are removed:
--aggregation
--output-format
--overwrite
--results
So these should be removed from he Readme.md & manual.md and a few changes should be made.
The reason that the inputs above removed, is that the input exposure model is extended to have the damage database too, thus the no result filepath is needed, no output format , no overwriting. The aggregation is excluded because it is now included in the views.
