Added feature to store building classes of OBM buildings

Cecilia Nievas requested to merge feature/store_obm_classes into master

The method DatabaseStorage.store_OBM_building_classes() stores the building classes associated with individual OBM buildings (and their probabilities) to the gde_buildings table.
