feature/taiwan-exposure-data into master

Added taiwan-exposure-data which includes:

  • A file named download.sh to run in order to download the data of the exposure model of the Taipei over the years 1950 to 2000.
  • LICENSE of the data.
  • A folder named data_license_screenshots including the screenshots of the license of the data.
  • A README file that explains the directory, how to download the data, source of the data, etc.
