Occasional failed pipelines in integration tests

Recently, the integration pipeline occasionally failed for, to me, unknown reasons. In such cases it could be made to not fail with changing some irrelevant bits in the code (e.g. adding a space character somewhere). A solution would be to simply get rid of integration tests.
