Implement the support to apply the AC only to some selected areas of the input image based on a water mask array

Currently, SICOR does not support to apply the AC only to some selected areas of the input image. The best way to implement this would be to use the water mask array provided as an attribute of the L1B object which is passed to the AC. SICOR will then include the option to apply the AC only to land pixel.
