Dead links for documentation and test reports. GitLab currently does not support pages for subgroups.

Since we moved the repository to https://gitext.gfz-potsdam.de/EnMAP/GFZ_Tools_EnMAP_BOX/EnPT/, the links for the documentation and the coverage/nosetests reports are not working anymore.

According to the project settings the pages should be here: http://enmap.gitext.gfz-potsdam.de/GFZ_Tools_EnMAP_BOX/EnPT

However, it does not work - obviously due to an open GitLab bug: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/30548. A fix is scheduled for GitLab version 10 (Sept. 22nd).
