Add warning in case input L1B data was processed with old ground segment processor

Since destriping is not implemented (and would only make sense for L1B data processed with an old version of the ground segment processor), we should check the GS processor version and raise a warning suggesting the user to re-download the dataset from the archive with a newer GS processor version.

@brell Could you provide the earliest ground segment processor version that included destiping?
