Set log level in test mode to 'DEBUG'. Logs within enpt/tests/data/test_outputs/ are now left over as artifacts during 'test_enpt' CI job.

CI job 'pages' (deploy) now only runs at master branch commits.

CI test 'test_enpt_install' now only runs at master branch commits.

Temporarily disabled Test_EnPT_Controller.test_run_all_processors() because of too slow SICOR implementation.
